Condo has pool and gym.
The condo charges $30 for the electronic key payable at check in also not included in the price.

Please note that the building will also be under construction during this period, so there may be noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The balcony of the building is CLOSED until the construction process is finished.

2 fobs: 4–6 adults (18+) – $60
3 fobs: 7–9 adults (18+) – $90
Children under 18 do not require a fob.
