1. This is really just a small room with a bathroom.
2. The walls were dirty, the mattresses were old and sank when lying down.
3. It is a connecting room, so you can hear noise from the room next door when the TV is on or music is playing.
4. The view from the balcony is an exceptional - this is the only thing I enjoyed from staying here.
5. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach.
6. Access to the rooftop pool is only for unit owners.
7. In addition to the daily resort fee, there’s a daily fee for valet parking. No other parking options available.
8. There’s only two elevators and weekends are busy, so long lines and long waits.
9. Resort provides beach and pool towels. Beach chairs and umbrella are first come first serve, so you must be there super early in the morning to get one.
10. Host communicates via text and replies quickly, but takes forever to get fulfill your requests. t’s faster to communicate directly with the front desk. For example, our microwave was not working and the host tells me they put in a request to have someone come by and fix it. After 2 hours I reached out to the front desk and they sent someone within 30 minutes. The next day, after the microwave has already been fixed, I get a text from the host letting know that someone will be stopping by.
11. You must submit screenshot of your bank statement showing the transaction for the reservation to be able to check in. This cannot be provided to the front desk,it must be sent to the host
