TERRIBLE!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Let me start off by saying as a business owner, I never leave negative reviews. I'm very easy going and it takes a lot for me to write this kind of review. This "Penthouse" was by far the worst "vacation rental" I've ever seen. The smell of mildew/mold hits you like a ton of bricks when you walk in. Walls cracked, entire unit looks like as though it was just vacated by squatters and never cleaned. The fridge was disgusting. This place appears as though they want you to immediately want to leave when you arrive. I called the host within 5 minutes of being there and he said no worries it's early if I leave by 6pm (got there a little before 5pm) I would get a full refund. Once I left he messaged me that due to the disclosed non-refundable policy I would get nothing back. Around 8pm after I read the message and was having trouble finding another place last second, he ignored me and I couldn't return. Even though I would rather sleep on the street than at this disgusting rental, I realized at the moment they bank on this type of scam. Disputing with my credit card company.
