Overlooking the ocean from 2201 Collins Avenue, Residence 814 pairs water and city views with a southeastern exposure, so the balcony looks across the Atlantic and down the length of South Beach.

Inside, approximately 1,026 square feet include a separate bedroom and a den set up as a second bedroom. Between them, the sleeping arrangements cover a king bed, a pair of twins, and a full-size sofa bed for one adult or two children, so the residence hosts up to six guests.

A full bathroom and a half bath serve the residence, and the full kitchen and living room make it easy to share meals and evenings in.

Entertainment comes from TVs with cable television, backed by high-speed WiFi.

The building’s two pools include one reserved for adults, and beach service is available just outside on the sand. There is also a fitness center and valet parking, and the concierge can set up anything from a private tour to a chef-prepared dinner in the residence.

Collins Park and the Bass Museum are around the corner, Lincoln Road is within walking distance, and Brickell and Downtown Miami are a short drive across the causeway for an evening out.

The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

• Parking is available at valet rate.
• Room service is not available.
• Pets: We follow the building's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 plus tax fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with any hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $265 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
