Fantastic spot and property!

Amazing condo at the 1 property which also is amazing and never disappoints. The condo was extremely clean and very spacious. The entire process was extremely easy and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent this place again!

Listing was inaccurate for two listings re bed size. Our residence was not available and another was insufficient. Attempts to placate our concern were insufficient and my request for 50% reduction in cost was refused. Ultimately VRBO refunded their fee and Amex also supported my request. Listing remains incorrect as of this post. On the upside : property was nice and Adriano our customer service rep was kind. From now on its hotels or actual home owners direct rental only for my family.

Hotel & amenities excellent as expected. Management of this room very unprofessional.

The service & amenities that the hotel provided is as expected, wonderful. I will stay agin just not from this property manager. As for the property manager of this condo (Luxury Rentals Miami Beach), they left much to be desired. We requested additional services and they were not delivered. Not only did they not deliver what was communicated and promised, they charged us when they said they would not. When we asked for more information we were told the manager was unavailable yet they charged our credit card that same day. We are still waiting for the invoice and a call from management, also the refund they promised. Shady. I would not rent from the again.

Perfect girl's trip location!

Beautiful condo, clean and bright. Loved the cozy living room and kitchen! ! Hotel has terrific amenities, and we utilized them all! Every pool, the roof top restaurant and bar, beach chair and umbrella set up and a private, ultra wave cabana. Our concierge was available for questions if needed and very helpful. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect condo & location

My family and I loved this condo; it is more beautiful & spacious in person. Very clean, well-decorated, high end linens and comfortable beds. The location at 1 Hotel cannot be beat...first class amenities and service...from check-in to pool side. Check in was smooth and Andre was available if needed. The unit was roomy, well maintained and provided comfortable beds and 2.5 bathrooms. We loved the view from the balcony, the use of an in unit washer and dryer and all the amenities of One Hotel - including complementary transportation in a day old Tesla by hotel staff. Renting a 2 bedroom through the hotel was astronomical is cost. This was a fantastic option if you want to stay at One Hotel. You get all the benefits of the hotel with no downsides.

Beautiful Unit!

I rented this unit for my bachelorette party (5 people) and could not have been happier with how it turned out! The unit was incredibly spacious and gave us the space we needed to spread out. As opposed to a standard hotel room, we loved having the kitchen and living room area. We also spent a good amount of time on the balcony on the huge flat couch/bench overlooking the ocean. Katlin with Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was also super helpful in helping us determine which unit we should book. They also were great in helping us with an earlier check in due to us arriving on red-eyes from the West Coast. Highly recommended instead of a standard hotel room. As an aside, the hotel itself is just gorgeous and is a reason in itself to visit!

Perfect for 4 women and large bags!

The hotel the condo is in is fantastic! The healthy clean living choices are perfect for food conscious guests. The condo itself is gorgeous and large. Bathroom in the master bedroom has a large tub. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom is small but put together well. Having a 1/2 bath was very helpful. The staff for the condo and the hotel staff are fantastic! Always ready with a smile and quick to answer questions and address issues. iPad was out of date and ordering a pizza was problematic as the places listed didn't even know where the hotel was but we figured it out. There isn't a 2nd blow dryer in the 2nd bathroom so you have to share. But other than the pizza situation and 1 blow dryer for 4 women, the place, location, facilities were superb and I'd stay here again. Loved the decor in the condo and throughout the hotel. We had everything we needed and then some!
