Please consider that all vehicles must be moved every 24 hours or they will be towed. “Moved” means exiting and re-entering the garage, not just switching parking spots. The garage is managed by the Miami Parking Authority (MPA).

The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Getting around Miami is a breeze from our downtown location. While we provide free parking on the premises for those who prefer to drive, you are also just three blocks away from the free Metromover, which offers easy access to major downtown attractions. For door to door service, Uber and Lyft are readily available and highly affordable. Miami International Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive depending on traffic, making our apartment a convenient base for your travels.
