Michigan : Chalets

« It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay. »

« What a gorgeous place! This house has everything you could want and more for a Northern Michigan experience. We loved the "local, northern themed" goodies. Quiet, private, wooded location but still close enough to surrounding attractions, dining etc. Very clean, comfortable, up to date appliances and decor. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would be perfect for a couple small families.Communication with Jennifer was pleasant and she responded quickly.We didn't end up using the pool/hot...

« What mostly started well turned sour. First it was the lack of generator when the power went out during a winter storm. Then it was the owners continuously checking on us. Now the owners are filing an inflated claim for cosmetic wear and tear (light scratches that would occur on a brushed black stair case that can easily be sprayed with thin coat of paint or poly). »

« Host was wonderful. Gave directions from exit which helpful. The trash dumpster was harder to find and I feel the pool rates should be told before booking. Also found beer cans in upstairs rooms and toilet upstairs was not safe to use. »

« We had a wonderful trip to Harbor Springs. The house was perfect! It’s in great shape, has lots of space, and we loved the hot tub and sauna. The house was equipped with everything we needed- all of the kitchen supplies, lots of towels, racks for our skis, and even a boot dryer. The host responded quickly to my messages. And, we were so appreciative of the snow removal in the driveway and walkways after a heavy snowfall. We would definitely book again! »
