« Property was basically just steps from the lake. Quaint 50’s style cottage. Small bedrooms , small living space. Cute but very dated. Was very difficult for my elderly parents to climb up the stairs to enter main living area with no rails to hold on to. Bathroom needed repairs. Notified host and brought to their attention the slipHazard in the tiled showed,and the broken bathroom sink. « We stayed here for my birthday/our babymoon. We really enjoyed our time. It's decorated very cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioner works great. We enjoyed taking walks around the nearby lakes. And there is an ice cream/coffee shop/arcade steps away from the cottage, which was fun to visit. We also enjoyed a dinner date right down the road at The Strand. The food was very good! The host was also very helpful and communicative through VRBO messaging, always...

« I felt like I walked into a hallmark movie when we arrived. The house was stunning and adorable. We went to the grocery and cooked most meals in but the kitchen had all we needed. Beds were comfy, linens were nice and loved having the extra beach gear. We had an amazing holiday week by the beach! »

« This was our 2nd time staying here. The cabin is rustic but it is clean and had the basics we needed for a weekend getaway. It did the trick in helping us unwind from the hubbub of life and get back to experiencing the simple things in life. There was a nice breeze off the lake while we were there so we had the windows open and were quite comfortable. The cabin is right next to the boat launch so every now and then there’s the typical boat traffic going in/out of the lake but it didn’t intrude...

« The cottage itself was quaint and cuter than the pictures! We loved the decorating and felt it was very clean! Like everyone, I’m sure, we loved the screened in porch and the perfect view of the lake. We spent much of our time just soaking in God’s beautiful landscape! We rented the pontoon and enjoyed taking some swims in the lake to cool off. »

« This rental more than met our expectations for our multi-generational family stay. We wished our trip allowed for more time to enjoy the deck, firepit, trail and game room. Our teens loved having a separated game/hang out room. It is decorated and stocked beautifully and comfortably. We only wish we had been advised that if two people are taking showers at the same time, it won't be a warm shower for very long. »
