« Good place for the price. Note it is a basement apartment around the back of a duplex. I found there was alot of banging and stomping upstairs from evening untol about 2-3am. I did not sleep well.Overall ok. »

« The property was clean but very outdated. The building was in need of repairs and updating. The bed in the « fourth » bedroom in the basement needs to be replaced as it was the least comfortable sleep. Also in the basement was a toilet inside the laundry/utility room.
