« This accommodation smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The AC thermostat was broken, could not be turned from the off position to on. The glasses in the cabinets were dirty. There were no hooks or handles in the bathroom to hang towels. The carpet going up the 2 flights of stairs was old, dirty, and stained. There is no onsite parking, it’s metered street parking. « A spacious apartment with 4 large rooms and a bathroom. Very nicely furnished - especially den and living room. Nice appliances in kitchen. On 2nd floor so requires climbing outdoor metal steps to entryway. Parking only on the street. Overall a great value for the price. »

« When we arrived at the property, we immediately noticed the overwhelming new paint smell, but couldn't do anything to help air it out. The property itself looked nothing like the photos. The deadbolt on the front door looked as if it had been kicked in and haphazardly repaired. Some windows were painted shut, others were unable to be locked. Both of those pose a safety concern, especially in that area. There were roach traps everywhere, exposed flooring covered by carpet strips, and the futon...
