Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Wenn man italienisch redet wird man sehr speziell angeschaut und trotzdem in sehr schlechtem Englisch angesprochen (Frühstück). Es war sehr laut um 1 Uhr nachts.. habe es bei Check Out gemeldet.. es kam keine Entschuldigung! Schade.. ein drittes Mal werden wir nicht wieder

Wow - das war mein erster Eindruck vom Hotel. Wenn man den Eingang betritt hat man das Gefühl man ist in Dubai - es rieht wunderbar und die Einrichtung ist topmodern. Das Zimmer war einsame Spitze - das Badezimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und die Raumaufteilung allg. sehr gut - man hatte absolut genügend Platz. Vom Hotel aus konnte man alles ziemlich schnell erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Schönes modernes Hotel
Hatten ein Premium Zimmer auf der 6. Etage. Zimmer nicht speziell groß, doch mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Fenster kann man öffnen was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Garage grad nebenan und mit dem Fahrstuhl vom Hotel erreichbar. Frühstück solala.

Sehr gutes, stylisch eingerichtetes Hotel am Rande von Brera. Das Zimmer entsprach mehr einem 5 denn 4 Sterne Hotel. Einziger Wunsch wäre noch eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Auf Grund der Straßenbahnen, ist das Hotel nicht ganz ruhig. Uns hat es nicht weiter gestört. Der Check in war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Resraurant und Spa wurde von uns mangels Zeit nicht genutzt.

Das Hotel ist neu und ich habe das auch an der sachlichen Qualität gesehen. Was mich positiv gestimmt hat, ist die ausserordentliche Freundlichkeit und Gästewahrnehmung, was ich seit langem schon nicht mehr so erfahren durfte. Bravo! Diese Struktur ist bei weitem mein neuer "Crack" in Mailand.

Highly recommended
New hotel, very beautiful made. Well located. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Noise resistant windows - slept like a baby. Breakfast good, except that covid concept sucked. ‚Buffet service‘ seems a unpractical system especially on a Sunday. Better make it a full service. Or buffet with ar least a menu in front.
