Das Hotel hat lediglich zwei Zimmer, was erstmal ungewöhnlich ist. Entsprechend ist der Service auch sehr individuell. Zimmer hatte eine schöne Terasse unter Wein. :-)

Komfortables, sauberes Hotel
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, das Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert, das Frühstück war gut, das Zimmer sauber, das Wlan exzellent. Der grösste Nachteil ist, dass man in dem Innenhof mit wenig Licht eingeschlossen ist.

A perfect place for our Milan visit. It is central and close to the dome and other attractions. There are many options for great restaurants. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast to start the day off right. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent holiday suite. Property owner was prompt, friendly and informative. The location is central , so you can walk everywhere, but is directly opposite a metro station for lazy days. Highly recommended

Highly Recommend
This was our favorite place to stay on a recent trip to Europe. The owner is very polite and has great communication with you. He met us at the location and got us all set up. It is in a great location with lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. It is also close to some attractions. We loved that we could open the windows and listen to the sounds of the city. It is in a busy location, so you will hear chatter and cars but it is not too bad at all. Closing the windows blocks out a lot of the sounds if you find them distracting. Highly recommend this location.

Definately return if ever in Milan again.
Perfect location for exploring the beautiful city of Milan. Our host provided freshly baked breakfast every morning and was a phone call away if needed (unnecessary as everything we required on hand) Clean - well equipt and well decorated. Bed was fine for my husband - a little hard for me but as this was the only thing then I would love to return to same apartment again

Highly recommended.
Perfect, central location in Milan. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, tons of restaurants and bars nearby, breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

Excelentemente ubicado en una muy linda zona y con la estación de metro Moscova prácticamente en la puerta, lo que hace muy fácil moverse por la ciudad. Es solo una estación desde Milán Porta Garibaldi. Giacinto es un excelente anfitrión y prepara un desayuno muy rico. Tiene muy bien equipado el departamento, además de detalles como gaseosa en la heladera, una Nespresso para preparar café, té y también algo dulce para comer. Pasamos solo una noche de un largo recorrido por Europa y nos quedó un hermoso recuerdo de nuestra estadía en Milán.

Little oasis in big city.
accommodation ticked all boxes including very good wifi. Host was more than helpful and nothing was too muck trouble. Location was excellent with restaurants, shopping and train station at your door step. If your mobility not so good, climbing the stairs to first or second floor could be an issue. Our room had a large vine covered terrace which added to the ambience of the room.

Pleasant surprise tucked away in a busy city.
Giacinto was most welcoming, & served breakfast early for us as we were catching an early train. It was a superb spread, the amenities were really good & the bed most comfortable.

Great location
This is a small apartment in a 2 apartment unit, separated by a kitchen and dinning room. It is small but very cozy with a good size bathroom. The area is amazing, safe and convenient with the metro across the street. It is a walk up (2 flights) and the AC is not very good. Other than that the place is good. The owner is sweet. He provided, soap and shampoo, and makes breakfast.

The hotel was central to everything!
The hotel was central to everything and easy walk. Giacinto was AWESOME!! He showed us where everything was, fixed a fabulous breakfast and recommended a WONDERFUL restaurant! The room amenities were great. If we are ever in Milan again we will definitely be staying here again!

Excelente localização para se deslocar por Milão, mas o prédio fica num complexo onde há restaurantes e durante a noite ate pelos menos 2 da manhã o barulho de bate bate, transporte de garrafas de vidro para o lixeiro instalado na frente do patio interno não permitiram noites muito tranquilas de sono. O aquecedor do quarto não funciona tão bem no começo da manhã. O atendimento de Giacinto e Luca são o ponto alto da estadia junto com a excelente localização para conhecer Milão seja a pé ou de Metrô.

The gentlemen who run this place are extremely helpful and kind. They helped me carry my bags. Cooked a nice scrambled egg breakfast with homemade breads as well as other options for breakfast. The location is great and their recommendations good.

Well Located Room Inn
We had an amazing stay in Milan and Room Inn played a big part in our successful visit. Luca was a great host and a wonderful ambassador for the City. While finding the Room Inn proved to be a challenge(pick the large wooden doors due south of the park entrance to the Moscova metro stn) the location has a lively day and night life with very good restaurants, an organic supermarket and lots of shops to the north. Great breakfast and we used the Milano card to get everywhere. Rooms were quiet and the terrace off the top room is great for a nightcap to end the day.

B&B excelente. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Luca. Sempre preocupado em ajudar, fazendo a gente se sentir em casa. O quarto é excelente, agradável e muito limpo, ainda com um terraço exclusivo muito bonito. O café da manhã também maravilhoso. Apesar de tudo isso, acho que a localização ainda é o ponto mais forte. Fica em uma área com vários bares e restaurantes, com bastante movimento até tarde da noite (mas os quartos são silenciosos), na frente do metrô. Mesmo assim, nem precisei usar pois consegui visitar todos os pontos turísticos que queria a pé.

Chambre d'hôte bien placée et très bon accueil
Quartier sympa pour boire un verre, animé mais l'avantage de la chambre c'est qu'elle ne donne pas sur la rue et du coup nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Le centre touristique à 20 Minutes à pied, immense parc à 10 minutes. Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité de Luca, nous avons apprécié. Je recommande cette chambre d'hôte.
