« The house was very clean and well equipped. The house manager was very nice and it was easy to get in and out. I didn’t realize there was no central AC. AC units were in all of the bedrooms. I opened windows as AC units were loud. It is off a county highway, the cars driving by were loud with the windows open. It was clean, has a washer and dryer and was spacious. It was nice to have a refrigerator and 2 full bathrooms. It was very close to the Dreams Park and that is why we selected this...

« Great property, lots of room, very clean, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Game room lots of fun. enjoyed use of outdoor grills. Owner called prior to our arrival to ensure we had all needed info. Only issue was main cable tv in living room not operating although minor issue as not the main reason for our visit. Would definitely stay again if in the area. 25 minutes from Cooperstown but not difficult to get to town. »

« Loved the old house with new updates! Sitting on the back porch sipping your coffee and watching the deer and groundhogs in the backyard was the best! The Host was very quick with communication and was actually in town while we were there and came by to show us around. You do need to know that you will lose service about 20 mins from the house, but the host has amazing WIFI and will give you the password before you get there so you can pull up, connect, and message him if need be. « Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning.
