„This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. Yes- wineries the casino and Finger Lakes are in the general area and this property is in a quiet little neighborhood less than 2 miles from Elmira College- perfect for parent drop-off weekend.The rental felt like it was a brand new renovation & a new listing.
