We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was perfect for our family of 3 plus our little dog. The highlight was the golf cart which is fun to drive to the beach and shops. We slept comfortably, A/C worked great, we had multiple devices on Wi-Fi with no issues. We borrowed beach chairs and an umbrella which saved us from renting . The weather was perfect. The SanDestin neighborhood is wonderful and we look forward to our next visit.

Family Cottage

The property was well equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay. The proximity to restaurants and shops was great while still being tucked away in the Sandestin community. The golf cart was essential to our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Thanksgiving Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was located in a beautiful area of Sandestin with breathtaking views of golf courses and lake. The golf cart made it very convenient to travel around the resort and spend time on the beach where we relaxed and enjoyed the evening sunsets. We came to visit family for Thanksgiving. Wonderful trip. Will definitely consider renting this property again.

The best yet

We always stay at Sandestin Resort. But this was the best yet. We loved our home and the beautiful ambiance of a private yard. The home was so comfortable and suitable for our family of 5. When we come back next year, this will be where we try to stay.

Enjoyed where this unit is located. The back is quite and relaxing. The home was comfortable for our small family. The golf cart is really old and a little embarrassing to drive. Overall….we would stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities

We truly enjoyed our stay at Fairways 240. Miramar and Sandestin areas are beautiful. Once in the home we felt the privacy, comfort and enjoyed the view. The kitchen and essential items allowed us to cook everyday and have our fresh brewed coffee in the morning. We used the pool, and beach and did plenty of shopping at Baytowne Wharf.

12 Day Stay

Our stay in Sandestin was great for our family. There was plenty of space. The pond was a highlight for the kids and the turtles. You cant go wrong with a golf cart. I wouldnt even stay in this place without one. The beach was a shirt ride away . All the residents were very nice as well. I will aure be back!

This 2 bedroom home is very clean & great quiet location. Be sure to tell renters that the filtered water line on refrigerator doesnt work so they can bring water.

Quiet get away

The house was nice. Plenty of room for my husband, myself and for our dog. Some of the furniture should really be replaced. Out side of actual home should be cleaned / pressure washed. Not enough information was made available to let you know where things were located within the resort or what was available

Love the House

We really enjoyed the house. It was clean, in a great quiet location and very comfortable. We give the house a 5 and the golf cart a 2. An earlier review said the cart was older but, Betty, as we nicknamed her, needs to be replaced. The seat was held together with zip ties and pieces of wood. Golf carts are an easy, fun way to get around and we require one when we rent places in Sandestin. Betty got us around but she has seen better days. We will definitely stay there again when she is updated. The house had all the beach essentials and was perfect for us. Enjoyed our stay!

With the exception of the broken down golf cart it was a very nice stay. Management was nice enough to get us a loaner after a couple days which really made the rest of the stay more enjoyable. Only negative is tight parking - we had 2 big vehicles and the golf cart. No room for our family members staying in other units to park when they visited.

The location is secluded and has a beautiful view of the pond and the golf course (very peaceful and relaxing).
