  • Welcome to Tailwinds, just a 4-min ride in the FREE 6-seat golf cart to Miramar Beach's largest beach access, where emerald waters meet sugar-white sands. This newly remodeled luxury home sleeps 14 with 2 King Suites, a Double Queen Suite, and a Bunk Room with 2 Full and 2 Twin beds, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. The spacious backyard features a covered hot tub, covered dining area as well as a ping pong table, cornhole, a green egg grill, and a fire pit. On the second floor there is a foosball table and custom arcade with 3,500+ games. Tailwinds is located in the gated community of Frangista Beach with a community pool that is available during your stay. Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Tailwinds offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

    Your luxury villa is just a four-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. 4 commercial-grade beach chairs and 1 umbrella are at the home and available to take to the beach. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

    Your luxury villa is located in a private gated community called "Frangista Beach". Guests staying in the property have full access to the community pool. The pool is not heated.

Absolutely amazing home. Had everytning we needed for a family of 10. From space for the kids to hang out to a kitchen full of everything you can think of. Will definitely be back.

Tailwinds was a short golf cart ride to the beach, and with the provided golf cart- made it even easier. The house was extremely clean, and had many amenities for our group! We truly appreciated the very clear communication leading up to our stay as well- it made our trip smooth and seamless!

We take our employees on a golf trip every year. This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds, plenty of room to watch football games, and a great outdoor area.

Beautiful home, fantastic location!

The home was just as pictured in the listing! The home is a short walk to the beach or the golf cart was great to have to take the family and gear down to the beach. Alex was quick to respond to any questions! We would stay again when visiting this area.

Most amazing vacation home!

Amazing house, in a great neighborhood. Super close to the beach where you could easily walk but they even gave a golf cart which was fun to have. House was spotless when we checked in and host checked in with us daily if we needed anything! Beds were comfortable. Chairs, umbrella, coolers provided for our use. Would absolutely stay here again

Roomy clean family hangout.

This was a beautiful property that met all our expectations. More than enough room for our 12 teens and adults. The golf cart was an added bonus that allowed us to explore more easily. Well stocked kitchen and large family room with a giant comfortable couch allowed us to hang out all together on nights we were home.

This house is amazing!! So spacious! The photos do not do it justice. Not only is the house nice but the furnishings and kitchen equipment are just as top notch. Alex was also extremely nice, helpful and prompt to work with. He messaged me during our stay making sure everything was good and even though we had no issues, I knew he was just a message away. We would definitely stay here again:)

Convenient and relaxing

Photos are very accurate on this amazing property. The hot tub is top of the line and super relaxing. We enjoyed the luxuries of home and the convenient location to either Destin or Santa Rosa. This is an excellent property close to the public access beach and we would definitely stay here again. The ease of check in and out was great and we even had Justin text us upon arrival and let us know he was only a text away if we needed him. Alex was also super helpful through email.

Great place

I recently stayed at Tailwinds and my family, and I had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well decorated making it a comfortable place to relax. The amenities were top-notch. The pool area and golf cart were also a highlight it allowed us to go places as a family and made going to the beach quick. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always ready to assist with any needs or recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend Tailwinds for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The combination of excellent service, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere made my family and I visit truly memorable.

Miramar Beach

The house was spacious and lovely with a ton of amenities. The kitchen was great - well stocked with just about everything you need! And the pots and pans were high quality and in good shape. I highly recommend this house for family get togethers; we stayed in most days to play games, do puzzles, cook out, and enjoy the fire pit. One of our favorites now!!!

THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL!! EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! ALL THE APPLIANCES WERE TOP-OF-THE-LINE INCLUDING THE CUTLERY. NOT TOO FAR FROM THE BEACH AT ALL. The kids ENJOYED THE GAMING TABLES. THE ONLY SMALL DISADVANTAGE WAS NO PRIVATE POOL. BUT THE COMMUNITY POOL WAS NEAR AND GREAT. WE LUV IT

Nice property!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Exactly as pictured, very clean! The pool is just down the street and around the corner from the house. We didn't spend much time at the pool but it was nice and secluded. The golf cart was nice and a must for our group of 7 with 2 older members in our party. The walk to the public beach was not an option especially in the July heat. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms shared a shower. Each bedroom had a toilet and vanity area that were separate, but the shower was in between the bedrooms and was shared. Not a deal breaker, but we missed that in the description of the property. Would definitely recommend this property!
