We had a large group of utv’s with adults and kids. The house was a perfect place for everyone to relax after a long day on the trails. We did have a hard time opening the front door. It would never unlock. 5 different adults tried and no one was ever able to get the code to work. Whitney was very communicative and we were able to enter via a side door. There is construction on the property which was not bothersome. Someone is living in a camper at the back of the property who did not bother us, but I do not remember seeing that information in the listing. Overall, we had everything we needed and wanted and would stay here again.

We had great fun here. The kids swam all day and at night we sat in the hot tub. The bbq was large and perfect for a lot of people. And the movie theatre downstairs was perfect. When the kids weren't in the pool they were watching movies and eating popcorn. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home for large family

First, the house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We had a large group with 8 adults and 12 kids from infant to 12 years old. Plenty of room for all to sleep, eat and play. The theatre room was a great place for the kids to play with toys they brought, and to have movie night before bedtime. But the favorite feature was the pool!! It said it was heated, but I was worried at only 45 to 58 degrees and rain, that it would still feel cool. As the grandkids called it "Lets get in the big hot tub". We never used the real hot tub because the pool was so warm, even if the cool wind was blowing above. There was also plenty of pool toys supplied to make the swimming fun. We would hike during the day and relax in the warm water at night. The grandkids are already asking when are we going back to the Moab house.

In general, great property. We were 8 adults, 3 children. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-stocked kitchen. Pool and hot tub were a big hit. Neat and clean when we arrived. Recommended, would go again.

Resort home

This was located perfectly for our Moab adventures to the National Park, rafting, a hummer adventure, sight seeing, and exploring Moab. The scenry was beautiful from the house. We all loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed tub. The pool was a big plus!! Towels provided for the pool and hot tub. Our beds were comfy! The kitchen was nice for preparaing our meals and sitting together inside or ourside. Ken's lake is a short distance from the house. It has clear water. And a water fall in close proximity to explore. The kids loved the paddleboarding!!! Communication with the property care takers was exceptional. I requested scissors for the kitchen when we got there. Response was immediate and had them the next morning. We certainly enjoyed staying here.

House and amenities were very nice, perfect for our group - family, children and grandchildren. Had some minor issues that were addressed promptly. One major item was the AC. Main area was comfortable but all bedrooms were uncomfortable. Had to sleep with doors open and fans going. Still somewhat uncomfortable for our group.

Family stay in Moab

Every thing was wonderful and suited our needs for a large group. A lot of time was spent in the game room, wonderful pool and hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. The management was very responsive to questions. Our only criticism would be the inside temperature. It was very hot in Moab and the house didn’t cool off enough for our comfort. It was too warm especially in the upstairs bedrooms at night. We were given some suggestions to help and fans but still couldn’t get it cool enough for our comfort at night. Great place!

A wonderful spot!

We had 11 in our group, ranging from 5 years old to 76 years old. The house worked for everyone. But for our group, the absolutely best thing was the above ground pool. After a morning of hiking, everyone could not wait to get in the pool. All of us got in and it was so much fun, lots of laughter and good conversations that all generations participated in. We would recommend this property to any family group.

We had a family gathering for a birthday and this was a great house for it! Plenty of space for all and with the pool, game room and living areas everyone felt at home. Close enough to town to grab food and access to trails. Great communication with the host too! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spring Break 40 Plus Age Group

To begin with while in route to our property we are notified pool issues and will be repaired by Tuesday or Wednesday and were offered a slight refund for our inconvenience. Ok no biggie, needless to say by Sunday when we left pool still was no where close to being in working order. We have not heard anymore about refund but we were so embarrassed of what we paid for and mostly what we had ask 5 other couples to pay. We have been to Moab last year and had a great property and no complaints. We all at first arrival had to move piles of dog poop that were everywhere. We love pets put it was alot. The neighbor behind the property was not friendly and thankfully did not approach us but we did witness him approach someone else that was driving a motorcyle. They glared out windows just oddly. We were mostly happy with cleanliness. I heard one complain about bkl hair in shower and One of the bedrooms downstairs had blood splatter or something on the side of the small bed in corner. They did not use said bed. I do have pictures of all things mentioned. We looked for other places after the initial email about pool not available and we found a 6 bedroom condo with heated pool for much less. Please let me know if you would like the pictures. I will gladly have the other 5 couples send you their own reviews if you would like. Also toilet seat in top master pops off. Wash machine has bearings going out. Very Loud. Overall overpriced. The OLD SPRING BREAKERS

Thanksgiving Reunion

Great property for our holiday family get together. Well stocked and clean and something for everyone to do. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, game room, and theater. Great communication through out and questions/concerns were addressed quickly. Definitely would stay again and would recommend.

Perfect Place to Renew Old Friendships...

...and create new ones. This is a wonderful home to gather in. It's large enough for a big group to play together but also has ample space to provide moments of solitude. Everything you could ever need is provided and the hosts were amazingly responsive. The location is both gorgeous and convenient. 10 out of 10!

Wonderful family house full of amenities

The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and filled with amenities. It was a great place to come home to after days of exploring the National Parks in the area. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 to spread out or be together. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. We really appreciated that there were dressers in the bedrooms so we could unpack our suitcases while visiting. The house is a little out of town, so it is a 10-15 minute drive to restaurants or groceries, etc but we found the location to be quiet and peaceful. We had no problems getting into the house and the check-out procedure was easy and not time consuming. We highly recommend the house and would definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was great! Loved the stocked pantry with all the basics. Some of the mattresses have the worn sunken middle to them but we managed. Also the air conditioner could not keep the house cool but was manageable as well. Would rent it again.

Perfect House!

We were 8 adults (4 couples) and 7 kids ranging from 5-16. This house fit our family perfectly. The bedrooms were configured just right for all 15 of us. The house was very clean, extremely well kept and there were plenty of towels, dishes, etc for us. The size of the house was very roomy with all of us there. The game room and home theater were welcome and well used. The pool is above ground but place under the deck with very good access. It's the largest pool we've every encountered and very well kept. The location of the house fit our vacation perfectly also. We did all the parks and all the restaurants. The fire pit was a welcome end-of-day destination for the adults. The house is located in a neighborhood and the first night the cousins got too loud in the pool, but that was not a problem going forward. We absolutely would rent this house again.
