« Lovely two weeks in the carriage house on the Croton River. Hosts Patrick and Kathryn were attentive and helpful, the area was full of fun adventures for my husband, a cyclist, and me (jogger and kayaker). Swimming in the Croton from the dock was so great, especially on warm days. Kayaking in the Croton was peaceful and full of fun water birds. »

« We had a great time here. The beds were comfortable, the lakes were perfect, and everyone was so nice. I definetly recommend Beach one which is within walking distance. There were 2 playgrounds and a concession stand there as well. We were a short drive from Lego land and it was just an hour to Newark from where we took the train to NYC. Would love to stay here again. »

« My wife and I had a wonderful time staying here. We used the pool every day, and were within easy driving distance of many great restaurants and hikes in Harriman. Everything was clean and pleasant, and the owners were kind and respectful. We'd love to stay again and would highly recommend it. »

« We enjoyed our stay very much. Was as described, though some wear and tear. Took us awhile to figure out all the gizmos but eventually we did and all worked well. Bathroom shower was very nice as was the jacuzzi. Nice to walk the quiet woodsy streets. Overall was a very pleasant stay. »

« We had a relaxing weekend stay at this beautiful historic cottage in Corwell on Hudson, very convenient for access to Storm King and other museums as well as Cold Spring and Bear Mountain.The Host was super helpful and responded to our questions immediately. The house was super well stocked and beautifully decorated, including with fresh flowers!Looking forward to staying here again in the Fall and Winter! »

« Beautifully clean, well decorated home with comfortable furniture and beds. Coming from the flat lands of the midwest, the hills and curves to get to the home (especially in the dark) are something to be aware of. I was glad my husband was driving. Would definitely recommend to other. Wish could have stayed longer and explored the outdoors more. »
