A recommander »

« The room was spotless, and a really nice place to spend some of our trip to Florence. The hot tub was an added bonus that we ended up using most nights! The hosts were very helpful and let us know if they needed to access the room for any reason. Cleaning was completed every day while we were out, which meant we could have a lie in if we wanted to. Only minor thing we noted was that there didn't seem to be any hand soap in the property, however it was no problem as there was a shop just down...

« Excellente expérience. Personnel gentil, chambre propre, petit dej agréable. »

« False advertising at its finest. The Arcadie Guesthouse is nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It felt more like a low-security prison than a cozy "guesthouse." Unfortunately, when we brought up our concerns with the front desk, Arcadia was defensive in how their pictures online misrepresented reality. They were also unwilling to provide us even a partial-refund for checking out after the first night. We also learned that Arcadia has a hotel AND guesthouse in a very confusing building...
