« When we pulled up to the property we were amazed! It exceeded our expectations! Each bedroom had its own veranda. The patio, zen garden and hot tub were delightful. We appreciated the sound machines and fans in each bedroom. It was the perfect spot for our sister get-away! Thank you so much! »

« The view is INCREDIBLE!!!! We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the waves, we saw a lot of whale spouts the first day, very cool! Bring binoculars! The beds were very comfortable, everything was super clean and nice. We really had no problems at all. The location to the beach can't be beat, we walked across the road directly to steps down to the beach. The road wasn't busy at all, and neither was the beach. »

Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. Everything about the River house makes you slow down and enjoy this beautiful part of California. »

« We had a great time at this house. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. I was impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was.
