„The hostess did what she could to fix the issues, but the listing should be made more accurate. It is actually a shared apartment with other renters. The private part is only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. „No one in reception on arrival or departure. Only one small bottle of water in the room. ID cards left in the entry hall with no supervision. Very nice room, excellent location, very clean but totally lacking in "accoglienza".“
