« Heavy cleaning solution smell upon walking in. Queen mattresses on full frames so mattresses wouldn't lay flat (had to modify myself for some comfort) shower curtain poorly mounted/cheap rod leaving water pouring onto bathroom floor at start of shower (excellent water pressure though!) no way to lower heat so left window open all night but no fan to move air around. Attempt to a boutique style place but only 80%. Small things but all adds up. I'd consider staying again. »

« This is an absolutely charming home just minutes away from all of the wineries. It made for a great base camp to explore the Finger Lakes area, and we were very content to come home to it at the end of the day. We were really charmed by the collection of items thoughtfully placed throughout the home. Tina has curated a lovely atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy. »

« This was a great home for a family reunion of 10 adults, 2 babies, and 1 puppy! We felt that there was plenty of space for everyone. The house felt like it was set up with safety in mind for the babies too. We enjoyed the back porches and rocking chairs and family meals around the big dining table. Super easy to check in and check out. Hosts were very responsive to any of our questions. Great value for a wonderful stay! »

« Yard & property not quite as nice as appeared in photos but however it was a really wet spring so tough to use the yard. The bathtub could use replacing it squeaks loudly while stepping & moving around will wake people up in the adjacent bedrooms. A fire pit in the yard would be nice but overall it is a nice clean house & would stay there again location was good for us. »

« This was the perfect getaway for me. Barb and Barbs farm is beautiful! The apartment was cozy and clean. It was an added bonus getting the farm tour with the goats and an extra added bonus being greeted by kitty cats. I would definitely stay here again! »

« The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of Seneca Lake.The property needs some tlc - the towels were provided but very poor quality. No body wash was in dispensers in showers. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a mouse or mice on the first floor. We would have enjoyed more if that wasn’t occurring.First floor bedrooms were not very clean, spiders. »

« Everything about our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Finger Lakes. The house is spacious and very clean, with beautiful lake views from many windows. The hosts, Annie and Gary, were very accommodating and communicative, letting us check in early due to a snow storm that came through and checking the next morning to see if we needed a plow.
