« Stayed in room 427 for only one night. The only reason I didn’t give a lower rating was due to the night clerk who was very nice although she seemed like she had a pressing issue that needed to be addressed. The hallway carpet is absolutely disgusting with various stains. Our sink drained so slowly that I thought we had the plug in the down position. « The room and hotel were not clean. The shower especially! The tv didn’t work and they were full so couldn’t move us to another room. We asked for a discount but they said because I paid through Expedia there was nothing they could do. We will not be back, we travel to this area once a month. No tv??? They should check these things. The property does not live up to the photos online. Buyer beware!!! »
