« I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2â5 and was very disappointed.
Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing.
I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the...

At the present time, there really is no choice of outside parking, only valet. There are plenty of restaurants and beach access in walking distance from the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. »

« This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. »
