« If you are seeking a laid back, relaxing stay, this is the place for you. The neighborhood is simply lovely...and quiet. The home has everything you need and more. Extras like upon arrival bottles water, a full kitchen, keurig and a coffee pot, comfortable furniture & beds, and board games in the closet. The yard has a grill, firepit, outdoor seating, is fenced and has a shed with outdoor gear not commonly found for your use, e.g., nice beach chairs and bikes. Easy access to all the many beaches...

The only observation is that if you plan to rent Apt B the street parking was sometimes problematic due to lack of close spaces but we always managed to get parking and felt the neighborhood was secure. « Some confusion (on our part) as to where to park. Host promptly came to our rescue and we had convenient parking for the duration of the stay. Very nice couple. Have owned an old home (1803) and know what to expect - a great accommodation for visiting an historic old town. Very comfortable bedding and pillows! Do we really want to get up and start sight-seeing? »
