„Great location, nice roomy apartment. Parking is a challenge but there is a pay lot just outside the city centre.“

„Very spacious apartment and it was nice that there is an elevator which is not too common in Europe. Great area but can be noisy. There needs to be more instructions; We didn't know the shutters could be closed in the living room where the sofa bed is located, there was a lot of street noise. „Very modern, comfortable apartment in the heart of Modena. Quiet and immaculately clean. Cool in the hot temperatures. Delightful shower. Easy communication with the hosts. Reached out to help with recovering my bag when I left it at the Parma airport. Great coffee shop across the street.“

Gerne jederzeit wieder!Holger und zwei Freunde aus Köln“

We really loved this experience, and could not recommend this specific location enough! Just ...

„Thank you for the great stay at your apartment“

„Very nice Location, a very lovely family and the Appartement is nice and clean. Fantastic garden with some different terraces invite to visit the landscape. By this a good bottle of wine and the Italian atmosphere is perfect. We will see us again. Thomas April 2017“

„The host Alberto met us to help us with unloading and parking. He made our check in process extremely smooth when pedestrian zones in Italian cities can feel very overwhelming. The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed. We can only hope to go back!“
