« Everything we could possiblity need. Clean & warm with lovely decor »

« We enjoyed a short 2-night stay at this home and were very impressed, to say the least. Check-in was easy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the spa was amazing and the house itself is very homely and nicely laid out. Our hosts were extremely prompt with replies even late in the evening. Street parking can mean a 3-4 minute walk back to the house, if no space nearby, which was not bad at all. »

« We really liked the 3 storey townhouse. If there were any issues, they were dealt with promptly. Only tricky bit was parking, as it was a battle to find a park before 3pm. »

« This house was perfect for our needs. We are a large family who needed to be close to relatives living in the area. House was modern, spacious and met all our needs. Had outdoor table and BBQ which we used. 2 living areas with giant TVs which the kids loved. Lots of appliances including a coffee machine (with generous quantity of pods supplied). Is located in a very quiet suburban area. Will definitely be back as location suits us perfectly to be close to our family. Thanks for having us. »

« Townhouse was perfect size for 2 adults 2 children. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Parking fantastic and landscaping excellent. Really nice to not be in a row of uninteresting buildings. Felt property had had a lot of thought into design of complex. Perfect situation for bus into town, riverwalks,excellent supermarket close by. Would most definitely book again. »

« Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss. »

« Overall great place to stay. The only thing I'd note is the noise from the motorway is very noticeable. Didn't bother us though. »

« The property manager was very helpful and let me park in his garage for one night because my daughters car was full with her belongings as she was moving into the university halls of residence. »
