« The hotel was so lovely to stay at from the beautiful ambience to the staff who were so friendly and welcoming! My husband & I decided to have a last min staycation in the city and it was the perfect choice to stay at the Ivy Hotel. James was so nice he gave us a full tour of the hotel and was very knowledgeable about the history which I loved! We used the private car service which James was kind enough to set up for us! We arrived @ 2pm for the tea time and we were able to check into our room...

Mais la chambre qu'on m'a donnée (après deux demandes de surclassement refusé) était très ordinaire (pas de fer à repasser, fourniture médiocre, ameublement vieillot. De plus, la chambre était surchauffée, et la climatisation fonctionnait mal (même après mon signalement de la malfonction). J'ai passé deux nuits sur trois en nage, malgré la fraîcheur extérieure, puisque je n'avais aucun moyen...

« Nous sommes allez moi et ma famille a cet hotels pour une partie de football des Ravens. Excellent enplacement pour ce genre d'evenements. Par contre:
- dejeuners tres de bases et sans saveurs.
- manque de cafe a tout moment de la journee
- nous avons payé pour 2 lits queens et nous avons eu 2 lit doubles.
-pas assez de serviette dans la chambre
- des planchers tres collant
