« Property owner thinks they can keep all of your money even though a natural disaster happened during the time you were supposed to be there. So, basically, if the weather could kill you, you either take the chance of dying or have your money taken from you for absolutely nothing. Also, VRBO/Expedia states that there are exceptions for extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters.
