« Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. « Overall this was a nice hotel.
The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room.
When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable.

« Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again. »
« Remove the word âluxuryâ in the name of the hotel or replace it by âOutdatedâ then itâs clear about the state.
Also replace âpoolâ with âPondâ it describes it better the water was green and dirty
