„Excellent Hospitality“

„Hotel was nice and clean. But there is no air conditioning even in premium rooms. Also every evening they arranged camp fire and played loins music. It was really difficult to sleep when there is no A/C and loins music is playing outside.“

„Excellent location (secluded and beautiful views). Big rooms and nice balcony. Very friendly staff. Pool was a nice plus. Breakfast was really good but evening a la cart was barely ok unfortunately. All in all, if you have lunch somewhere else (in your day excursions) the very uninspiring dinner is worth it given that all else is great with this place. “

„Wonderful tranquil locatio, we walked in the jungle grounds and watched the wildlife. They were obviously watching us to... Monkeys stole my wife's shoes! Staff were excellent and the food was very good.“

„A fabulous mountain retreat set between forests and tea gardens. Beautifully maintained lawns with great vistas. Loved our stay. However due to road washouts from 2018 floods, almost impossible to get to. A miracle we found our way. But well worth the journey!“

„They keep chargeable-if-you-use items inside the room which I have not seen anywhere else in the world. There are bottles of water, beverages kept in the refrigerator in the room, packets of potato chips : all which they said will be payable if used. It was a strange thing to notice. They should not keep it in the room unless it has been ordered or asked for. So when I went to check-out, they made me wait till one of the managers went to the room and checked if any of the items have been used or ...
