„The hotel is located very close to New Delhi railway station. You need to exit towards the Paharganj side. The hotel provides good vibes with very good facilities. The reception and staff is very helpful and they try their best to cater to your requests. For instance, I didn’t take breakfast due to the lack of time, the Sardarji in the reception made sure that they pack something for me for the airport. These small gestures make a lot of difference :) The rooftop restaurant is open until 1-2 am ...

„The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Receptionist was particularly helpful: we told him what we would like to see and he made useful suggestions regarding how we could make the most of our stay. The hotel arranged affordable day transportation to historical sites like the Taj Mahal in Agra, which included visits to other places of interest. The taxis were clean, the drivers were polite and adequately knowlegble about the local history. Furthermore, they did not hurry us; they urged ...

„Being our first hotel in India, we were impressed with the look of the common areas, but disappointed with the actual quality of the room, which was not as nicely kept as the pictures make it seem. Besides the lack of maintenance, we had very little toilet paper and an impractical kind of shower, the sheets also had brown stains on them.
Even worse than that though, was the fact that the hotel cleverly used their trustworthy position to sell us taxi rides etc. at much higher rates than ...

„This was the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was dirty. There was a various fluids squirted up on the wall. There was no hot water leak in the bathroom how to spread dangerously across the floor. The TV did not work properly. It was thoroughly dreadful couldn’t wait to get out of there.“

Such a great hotel in the middle of a bustling city. It is a peaceful oasis that has literally everything that you need and even more. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which was such a nice thing. Breakfast is really yummy and the garden terrace is such a relaxing place.i look forward to returning
