    Die Betten der Atlantic Breeze Villa A bieten Platz für bis zu 21 Personen und umfassen 7 Schlafzimmer mit je 1 Kingsize- / Schaukelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Kingsize- / Schaukelbetten und 2 Schlafsofas (1Q, 1S) in den Wohnbereichen. We booked this property expecting it to look and feel like the listing promised. Unfortunately, almost nothing about our stay has matched what was advertised. The floors were so dirty, immediately after our arrival our feet turned black. The dining table never stopped feeling sticky, and the wax finish was peeling off in visible patches. In multiple bathrooms, we found someone else's hair still sitting in the drains. The pool deck was covered in cigarette butts. Besides a deep cleaning it needs a full refresh to address easy fixes like the duct tape holding the stairs together, new paint on many walls especially the wall behind indoor trash can, the broken refrigerator drawer, the broken door handle on the back patio door, updating sunken in furniture, power washing dirt and grime off of exterior living spaces, only to name a few things. So many mosquitos were inside the house(mainly bathrooms) the entire stay, not just near doors or windows. Ants covered the bedrooms on both the second and third floors, mold from obvious water damage covered a third floor closet. AC filters had inches of dust.The house would be great if it were taken care of. Great layout, number of rooms is awesome, the closeness to the beach was so nice, game room was fun for kids. Unfortunately the dirt, bugs, and little upkeep of the house overshadowed any good.We reached out to Thomas Beach Rental twice to let them know about our experience before posting this review and never heard back from them.

Extremely Dirty

I would not recommend staying at this place. The only positive was the location. It was directly across from the beach. Other than that I do not have anything positive to say. All of the bedrooms have king swing beds, meaning they can be taken apart and made into 2 twin beds. I went over what we wanted, on the phone, about a month before our vacation. When we got there none of the beds had been taken apart. So after driving 12 hours to get there, I had to go to the realtor's office and have them come to take the beds apart and put the appropriate sheets on the beds. The house had NOT been cleaned. We paid a $450 cleaning fee and the house was filthy. Just walking on the kitchen floor made our feet black. Several of the toilets and showers were visibly dirty. I called the agency first thing Sunday and told them we needed the house cleaned. They told me they would send someone over to do a full cleaning. They never came! Never even addressed it with me the entire week we were there. We cleaned the house ourselves. The appliances were horrible. The toaster barely worked. There were 2 coffee pots, which we needed with 15 people, but only 1 of them worked. The dishwasher did not shut properly. I am very disappointed in the house and the service from the agency. I would not rent from them again.

Wonderful house for a large family vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Thomas vacation home. Absolutely loved the many bedrooms and bathrooms... The elevator was a great asset, the elevator going from the ground floor to all levels was phenomenal... All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. There are a few minor issues I would like to mention. Instructions should be provided on how to work all of the remote control to the televisions, I.e the volume control is on the side of the remote controls.... Also, the WiFi could be a lot stronger for such a large house... Everyone could not be on there phones as the WiFi slowed down tremendously..... Other than those few items the house definitely serves as a wonderful house for large families with older family members that need an elevator that can go to all floors.

Overall great stay!

We had a blast. The only issues was the wifi and remotes to the TVs. We had some techs in our group that got us together. Overall, really great stay!
