The property management company reached out to me at 1pm the day we were supposed to check in, informing me that the house was not available. They had already sent us the check in details the day before, including the door code, and the reason given for the cancelation was different for me and my friend who had booked the other side of the duplex. The communication around the cancellation and online reviews of the management company lead us to request a refund and find our own new housing rather than take them up on the offer to find us a new place.
