But seemingly the lady in charge, Emma, was not in good disposal to serve us...refardless this incident due to a person, i recommand this hotel. Staff was nice »

« I stayed at this hotel in Lapu-Lapu for one night after landing late at Mactan-Cebu airport. They provide good value for your money with the round-trip airport shuttle and an affordable but good all-day breakfast (eggs, toast, fruit, hot drink). « Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries...
