  • Willkommen bei Old Nags Head Place! Dieses Haus ist zentral mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich vorstellen kann! Der private Pool weicht einem gut beleuchteten Sand-Volleyballplatz gehalten, die für den Tag am Strand oder einem Abendspiel perfekt. Vergessen Sie nicht, Cornhole! Es gibt viel geräumige Decking für Sterne gucken und Mond in der Nacht zu beobachten oder vielleicht sogar ein gegrilltes Essen!

    Dieses Haus ist groß genug, um sich auszubreiten doch gibt es viele Orte, wie eine Familie zu sammeln und zu unterhalten. Der Ozean zugewandten Teil des Hauses ist in erster Linie von Fenstern, die für einen hellen und luftigen Wohnraum zu machen. Kein Mangel an Vitamin D hier!

    Alle fünf Schlafzimmer sind offen und geräumig mit viel Licht, das eine ständige Erinnerung dient, dass Sie am Strand sind!

    Die Zugänge zum Strand (Ja! Es gibt zwei) sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt sind ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die auf den langen Weg mit Strandausrüstung versuchen zu vermeiden.

    In der Nähe von Mile Post 11. 5, in der Nähe des Nags Head Fishing Pier!

    Cape Todd ist im Falle eines Stromausfalls mit einem Notstromaggregat ausgestattet.

Fantastic accommodations for all ages. Clean property. Well maintained. Pool and hot tub were cleaned mid-week when we were there. Having 2 refrigerators is a huge plus and elevator for unpacking and packing up. Loved the DVD collections and the game options. Great property, awesome location! So close to everything!

Nothing short of perfect!

We spent a week here with friends and family and everything was perfect!!!! The kitchen was the most stocked thst we have ever seen!!!! Plenty of space for 7 of us, beds slept good, pool and hot tub were awesome!!!! The property was centrally located, had ocean views even though not directly on the beach, parking for 4 vehicles and spotless. Loved the outdoor kitchen and we spent a lot of time out there cooking and lounging in the sun. Will definitely stay here again when we decide to return to the OBX with a group!!!!

Making Memories in OBX

Close to the Beach, Close to amenities in Nags Head and surrounding areas. This place was chosen specifically for the ability to house our whole family. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers and was able to sleep everyone in comfortably. There were a couple of minor things that that would have helped in the long run. We asked for early check in , and I feel that the cleaning prior to was rushed as we found areas not vacuumed well and had crumbs, popcorn kernels and a small screw on the floor in the living area. All the bathrooms should have had toilet paper in them and that was not the case, thankfully be brought some with us. According to the site, check out is 10am, but our keyless entry locked us out an hour early. Had we not had our phones it would have been difficult to remedy. We would definitely stay here again and we did like the house!!!

From the open concept kitchen, dining and living area on the top floor to the TV room on the second floor and the game room on the ground, there was space for everyone to enjoy! The pool area was a favorite for the kids and we all enjoyed the corn hole tournaments in the sandy volleyball area. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking our favorite meals which we enjoyed around the large dining room table. It is conveniently located in Nags Head, just minutes from shopping, grocery stores, attractions and restaurants.

This year we noticed several issues some of which weren't addressed and this impacted our experience. Several issues were reported, and fixed like pool lights, and hot tub. However, the wi fi never worked consistently which constantly requires us to reboot the router or call the customer support team. And since the owners offer netflix over tv in the bedrooms, the TV(s) are rendered useless without wifi. A few doors had handles which would come off, which was annoying. But we liked the improvements on the deck, the pool patio and the keurig in the kitchen.

I know the pool is cleaned once per week so there is a lapse naturally but it was not a great first impression. In addition, nearly every bathroom had plumbing issues and poor draining. We let the rental company know but no one came to fix the issue. The propane tanks were also empty when we arrived so it would be a good idea to check that when doing the cleaning to make sure the new renters don't have to wait for propane to be delivered. Though the rental company was quick to deliver full tanks when we asked (within one day).
