Hôtel près de Nathanael Greene/Close Memorial Park, Springfield, Springfield

« Dans l'ensemble cela aurait pu être bien pour une nuit. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours. L'hôtel est très bruyant : portes qui claquent, isolation sonique très mauvaise entre les chambres, bruits dans le couloir. La literie très très souple à notre goût. Nous avons mal dormi. Sur 4 jours le ménage de la chambre a été fait le dernier jour car j'ai vu la femme de chambre. Pourquoi proposé un ménage quotidien alors que ce n'est pas fait ? A la base ce service est compris dans le prix de l'hôtel. »

« Nothing about the place felt safe. I am a mom traveling with my daughter. We got into our room and it looked like the doors had been previously kicked in. There was an attic opening in our room that was busted open. Absolutely did not feel safe. We left immediately. »

« This place is a dump. The ground-level door bolt didn’t lock leaving me feeling uneasy. There was long black hair in the bed sheets. No morning coffee as promised. Room walls were so dirty and the tub looked like it was 90 years old and stained. Spend an extra $50 and get a nicer place so you can sleep in peace! »

« No refrigerator or coffee in room. Coffee is premade in the lobby. Twice the pot was empty. The breakfast I paid for was raw. Toilet was broke all wkend. My mom had to clean the drain in our sink because it would back up constantly. We took pics for proof. Id never spend my money there again. Way over priced for a dirty place with nothing to offer.
