Cabanes à National City

« The cabin is really cute and well stocked, the deck is truly wonderful, we just picked the wrong week to stay somewhere with no air conditioning. Yes, there are plenty of fans and if you don't mind the heat it won't bother you. Checked the weather for the following week and it would have been exceptional to be there that week! The water is gorgeous- clean and clear, the beach is beautiful, with amazingly soft sand. Would definitely stay there again! »

« We had a fantastic time, with so much to do outdoors, our 5 boys had no problem falling asleep completely exhausted at the end of the day. It’s a mix between “Glamping” and “camping” the cabin was super cute. Has a full fridge and microwave, with an outdoor grill. There’s no toilets or running water in the cabin, but the main lodge has showers and toilets and a full kitchen to use, and the cabin is like 50 feet from it. We had a blast and the kids have asked to come back here every year from now...

« We had a good time during our stay here. There was a little noise from the road but the cabin is very close to US23 so that is to be expected. Cabin was laid out well, and the beds were comfy and clean. It is a rustic cabin with modern amenities and it fit the bill for our stay.Would definitely consider this location again for future trips up to the East Tawas/Oscoda area. »

« My family, four generations shared your cottage and had a wonderful time. After sight-seeing during the day, we sat outside grilling and enjoying the view everyday. The house is close to a park for swimming, the peddle-boat and kayaks were used and enjoyed. It was a very peaceful place. On a separate note, my family was surprised to find everything that we needed; dishes, pots and pans, extra bedding, a charcoal grill, even coffee! »

« Very cute place, nicely decorated. Very clean except couch was sandy so was the bed. We stayed in #9. The porch is unsafe. Very small you can step off the side or front on either side of steps, if you are not careful. You cannot see the lake from #9. You can walk out down a small sidewalk, onto the sand, then down to the lake. Very peaceful by the water. #9 is close to the main road US23. With the door open and screen closed. The traffic was loud. If I stay again I will ask for front place...

« Very clean and cute! Owner was friendly and prompt in handling all of our concerns.Recommend to bring a fan or two in summer: the upstairs rooms were not air conditioned. Kitchen spices seemed a little old and pepper was not provided. Water pump doesnt keep up with a long shower and my teen-age daughter was taking a shower when the water stopped suddenly. After waiting a minute or so, water came back on. My husband and i did not have that isssue with our showers. Downstairs bed mattress was...
