„Komfortable Abholung from Flughafen, auch hinbringen zum Abflug, nur 100 pesos. Ich erhielt auf Anfrage einen Wasserkocher gestellt. Gutes Aircon - Gerät der Firma Koppel, leistungsstark und leise, konnte die Nacht durchlaufen ohne zu stören. Neben der Rezeption ein Sicherheitsfach, das seinen Namen verdient, mit 2 Schlüsseln, einen behalte ich, den anderen die Rezeption, beim öffnen müssen beide Parteien gleichzeitig aufschließen, ähnlich wie in einer Bank.“

„The facade of the hotel looks new but the room was in bad shape. The walls in the room and bathroom had stains and just really looked dirty, the bed sheets were also stained, plumbing in the bathroom was bad the water would seep on the floor and everytime we go to the toilet the floor stayed wet. There wasn’t even any extra towel to keep the floor dry. Breakfast food was also not good and they hardly refilled it. We had breakfast at around 8am but most of the food haven’t been refilled. „Der Check-in war unfreundlich und unkoordiniert. Zustand des ersten Zimmer war ungenügend wie z.B. Dusche (Brause) funktionierte nicht, Eingangstüre klemmte stark, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, etc.
Beim Check-in wurde uns gesagt es gibt kein Baby-Bett im gesamten Hotel!
Nach Reklamation über den "General Manager" wurden wir auf einmal ernst genommen und es wurde sich bemüht die Beanstandungen aufzuarbeiten und es gab auch dann ein Baby-Bett.“
