„Super clean and efficient studio. The bed was comfortable. It is in the basement, so be prepared to hear footsteps upstairs. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and some cookware and coffee pot, but there are no basic food items (oil, morning coffee supply, etc). We weren’t planning to cook, but if you are, make sure you bring everything necessary. “

„The location is very convenient—just a 15-minute walk from Boystown and 6 minutes from some great breakfast spots. One mattress should be replaced, as it is quite worn. Everything else was fine. I'm not a big fan of noisy window AC units, especially since I’m a light sleeper; even with earplugs, the noise was still bothersome. The lockbox for the key is a bit tricky—I imagine others might find it difficult to open as well. Overall, the place was more affordable than other options, so I’d give ...

„This property was ideal for our stay in Chicago. Cannot say enough good things about the location- it was perfect. Easy access to Wrigley and the Redline. Only problem we had was loud tenants in adjoining unit into the wee hours of the morning. BUT despite that still highly highly recommend!“

„Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. “

„We showed up with our two grandchildren. The host does not have a working phone number in the account by the way. He said we didn’t actually have a reservation and would not give us access. We were left to find a hotel. Do not recommend 100%. “

"Das Hotel liegt kurz vor dem Airport Chicago O'Hare und ist 15 Gehminuten von der Metro-Station Cumberland entfernt. Znsere Suite lag in der oversten Etage mit tollem Weitblick (für.und Richtung Norden). Die Suite war sehr sauber und in der obersten Etage war es sehr ruhig. Genervt hat die sehr laute und ständige Zwangsbelüftung. Das kennen wir so nicht. Das Frühstücksanhebot war typisch amerikanisch, auf die Dauer nichts für uns Deutsche. Das Personal war seh freundlich und genug Parkplätze hat das Hotel auch (die Kosten von $20 pro Nacht müssen seperat über eine App bezahlt werden."

"Älere aber gepflegte Unterkunft. Teilweise renoviert und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Freundlicher Service an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und beim Zimmerservice. Frühstück und Parken inklusive zu fairen Preisen. Downtown Chicago mit dem Auto innerhalb 30-50 Minuten erreichbar. Je nach Verkehrslage."

"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention. Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all. I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂 Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."
