« THis unit is no longer part of VRBO. The phone number and email to the host is not correct. Had to pay out of pocket for the stay. Once we get back we will do a charge back. We spent over 8 hours trying to get this worked out, NOTHING NO SUPPORT. I have multiple case numbers with VRBO. Expedia said they cant help we have to contact VRBO....I booked through EXPEDIA, you should take some responsibility..... »

« The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. « We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer...

« Good location with dining near by. But the unit is in need of some maintenance and deep cleaning. As we first entered the unit it smelled sour. But that could be because the mail breaker was off so no air was moving. When we turned on the ac it immediately smelled dusty. We took out the filter and it was caked with dust and hair, etc. Once we cleaned the filter it was better. When we opened the fridge to turn it on it, too, smelled badly and, of course, was warm since it had not been on. Then...

"Perhaps this hotel was a place to be in the 80’s
 Old building, overrated. We have been botheres from the 1st minute by calls for massage, mgt check,
 really not on purpose. They claim for 1500 PHP cash advance, no credit card allowed as anywhere else
 and there is nothing in the minibar. Checkin/out is long just because of that. Swimming pool is shared with locals for 500 PHP, including food and drinks. Just imagine how comfortable it is for guests. No hot water, had to call reception, a guy went after an hour. Cerberus is operation to access breakfast, which doesn’t worse it when they are big groups / conventions in the hotel (which is often). Not even a decent coffee."
