„I arrived past 8 PM. Check in, took almost an hour to verify as I was not included in the list of guest. The room is dirty, shower glass door filled w soap stain, cooking range top filled w pork grease, scattered hair on the floor, so as in the toilet seat, the cleaning materials was exposed in the bathroom. The room is filled up w smell from cooking oil thus irritate my throat. I lost my confidence to use their towel, so as the beddings. I thought this trip should be a relaxing one, but ...
