« Pauvre et froid l'accueil. Le buffet pour le dĂ©jeuner n'offrait que peu de choix. Pas de yaourt par exemple. Le service Ă©tait confus- l'anglais pas comprĂ©hensible de certains employĂ©s est-il responsable? J'ai dĂ» demander une tasse de thĂ© Ă  5 reprises avant qu'on ne m'explique que c'Ă©tait la faute de la cuisine s'il n'y en avait pas de prĂȘt...Or nous n'Ă©tions qu'une poignĂ©e de clients attablĂ©s. Le service WiFi Ă©tait pratiquement inexistant- je n'ai pas rĂ©ussi Ă  envoyer un seul message Ă  partir...

« The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back. »

« We had an unpleasant stay experience. During the winter season, we faced issues with heating. When we requested the heater, they insisted on an additional charge of Rs 1000. Despite booking a stay with buffet breakfast, the hotel did not provide a buffet; instead, they offered a limited menu with options like puri sabji, paratha, or bread with tea. I do not recommend this hotel due to the rude and unresponsive behavior of the staff. »

« The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm. »
