« Arrived just on dark, in the rain. No access to cabin for vehicle, so had to walk up steps on an unlit path, in the rain and the dark to get there. No outside undercover area like a porch to put wet footwear, so had to track the water inside. The room was still dirty from the last occupant, dirty sheets and towels with no clean bedding anywhere to be found. Luckily I had some of my own bedding in my vehicle - which I then had to go back out in the driving rain and dark to retrieve. Would never...

« Restful secluded location within easy drive of Christchurch. The house is well equipped with spacious kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were all of a good size with excellent storage space. The host is attentive and welcoming. »

« A wonderful place to stay, beautifully situated in the hills with plenty of space surrounding the cottage. This isn't fully captured in the photos, but the setting is truly stunning. The cottage itself has everything you need, including three bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it. »
