« ここは好みが分かれそうです。場所は文字通りダウンタウンにある家で、安いのて選びました。部屋はベッドにテレビ、小さなテーブルも1つあり、バスタオル付です。シャワーとトイレ、キッチンは共用で、片付いています。が、まず空調は冷房だけで冬は毛布が置いてあるだけです。またWifiはドアに書いてあるものと違うのを使っています。私が一番困ったのは、管理人が正面玄関を開ける形にしているので、自由には出入りし難いことと、部屋には内鍵しかないため、自分がシャワー等を浴びたりしている間のセキュリティが心配になる事でした。つまり安いなりのリスクがある、ということを自覚して行くと良いでしょう。 »

« Cette endroit économique en vaut la peine. La communication avec l'hôte est très rapide. Il nous ont répondu à nos demandes. Si vous avez un budget limité, je recommande cette endroit sécuritaire et propre malgré certaines rénovations à effectuer. Je recommande fortement. Près des services, près de Penn Station (10min) en auto pour éviter toute confusion et frais (péage, stationnement chérant) à new york »

« The property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight. An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient....

« The name Divine Villa & Resorts is very misleading, there’s nothing divine or resort like about this place. If you’re booking this for the cheap price, just know that you’ll get what you pay for. The owner is responsive and seems to be doing his best, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations.
