„The property is in a nice, safe neighborhood within walking distance to PATH. Property was mostly clean but has a few maintenance issues. It did not hinder our experience. Check in instructions were not given in app as they were supposed to be. I was super nervous after driving 9 hours. I realized it during rush hour. It took about 20 minutes for a response but once the message was received, communication was excellent. We had to go up to the 2nd floor to get in and then the space was split ...

„Everything was clearly marked, there were little details in the basic necessities provided that made our stay most pleasant; bottled water, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, eggs, butter and milk. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day trip and the instructions for checking in and out were short and easy to follow. „the location was nice in that you can see the water, the house is in need of updates. there was a stale smoke smell, paint cans in one of the bathrooms that were dangerous if a child got into them. the bedrooms were comfortable and served the group. The central air was barely working. There were no beach towels as the org listing stated when I booked. NIce coffee shop and breakfast in walking distance.“

„The house was awesome and Nick was a great host. The only thing that did throw me off was the listing stated the house sleeps 14. It actually has 5 bedrooms and has beds for 10 people with 2 queen blow up mattresses. Also, they have an awesome media room which is definately another bedroom if needed. This house is PERFECT, for a large family or group and location is PRIME!“
