Natural light pours through this Bywater condo, where mid-century lines meet the creative pulse of New Orleans. Local artwork and a striking New Orleans map mural give the space a distinct sense of place, and with autumn's milder, cooler evenings settling over the city, the private balcony becomes an easy spot to linger with a coffee before heading out to explore.

Living & work spaces
The living area leans into its mid-century character, offering a comfortable spot to settle in after a day out or to stream a show on the TV. A dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi makes remote work simple, and an ethernet connection is available for anyone who wants a more reliable hookup. Room-darkening blinds, an iron, and plenty of clothes storage round out the practical touches.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms each hold a king bed dressed in soft linens, comfortably accommodating up to four guests - a layout that suits couples, families, or friends traveling together. A travel cot and high chair are available, making this a workable option for guests traveling with little ones.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the home, each stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hairdryer, plus a bath for a proper soak after a day of walking the neighborhood.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fitted out for real cooking, with a full-size fridge, freezer, oven, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and the cooking basics and crockery you need to put a meal together. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and wine glasses round things out, whether you're starting the day slow or winding it down. Pull up to the dining table indoors, or carry your plate out to the balcony for fresh air and a change of scenery.

Building amenities
Downstairs, a courtyard pool and an onsite gym with exercise equipment give you options beyond the unit itself, and free gated parking is included for anyone driving in. The building is single-level in layout with a lift for easy access, and arrival is simple thanks to self check-in with a smart lock - no need to coordinate a key handoff.

Outdoor living
The private balcony comes furnished for relaxing outside, and the shared courtyard includes a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area for a casual meal in the open air - a nice way to make use of the season's cooler, more comfortable afternoons.

Neighborhood
You're steps from Crescent Park and within easy walking distance of Bywater favorites like Bacchanal Wine and The Joint, along with coffee shops and local art studios. The French Quarter is under two miles away, making for a scenic walk into one of the city's most iconic neighborhoods.

We are a 10 minute drive or a 5 minute walk to the bus line to the French Quarter and Downtown! Uber/Lyft ranges from $7-10 to Bourbon St!
