« There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. « When wr arrived we had an issue and it was taken care of. Our host Tim was very very helpful and understanding and apologetic. Appreciated his concern. Looking forward to staying at Snug Harbor again in the spring if possible. The place is wonderful , had everything we needed. It was clean.would definitely recommend it as it’s our favorite place to stay. »

« If I could give this zero stars, that’s what I would rate it. We booked this trip 10 months ago and the owner canceled 12 days before the trip on Thanksgiving day. Leaving us to try to find a hotel during the busiest time of the year in NYC. We ended up having to pay double the amount we had this trip reserved for.. I had to call several times to get the refund and I still haven’t gotten the refund for the VRBO service fee.. beware of this owner we have found similar stories on Reddit since...
