Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr modern u. haben leicht vermodert gerochen, wie aus einer alten nicht gewarteten Klimaanlage. Bei dem Preis völlig inakzeptabel. Das Personal hat natürlich nichts gerochen. Uns wurden Vocher als Kompensation angeboten, das war ein guter Deeskalationschritt. Dennoch bleibt bei uns eine grosse Enttäuschung zurück, wir hatten uns sehr auf die Stadt u. das Hotel gefreut. Die Lage ist natürlich gut, aber das rechtfertigt nicht den hohen Preis alleine. Hilton, nie wieder.

Tolles Hotel an tollem Ort
Hotel war sehr gut. Die Reception ist im ersten Stock und von zwei Lifts war nur einer im Betrieb. Dies hat zu längeren Wartezeiten geführt.
