First off the place was clean, bug-free. That's a plus. ITS A THIRD FLOOR, 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT. if steps are not your thing this is not for you ,you have 2 flights of steps to go up. It is a nice neighborhood. Quiet for being in the city. Parking is terrible you have to wait until later in the day to park near the home, because of the college students. And then Monday- Saturday you have to pay the electronic meter. If your away from the area it will not accept your electronic payment. You can only pay for 2 hours at a time. The apartment is ONLY 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a pull out full size sofa bed, an oversized closet (with 4 roll away cots) ,a living room combined kitchen dining area. A sofa that does not pull out. 4 frying pans, a broiler pan, and possibly service for 3 people to eat. There are lots of options nearby to eat at as far as restaurants. Whole foods is the closes grocery store. The train into new York is not too far away. Walking distance. The surrounding areas are quiet. We felt very safe walking around. (We are from the country(cows, goats, etc, Country). Price wise it's cheap. We got what we paid for. I only talked to the host when I first got there. Nice man. We never got towels dropped off, so we did buy some. Newark, NJ and New York were very nice for the first time being there. Would i stay here again? Probably not. Mainly because of being advertised as 3 Bedrooms and only being one bedroom.
